Welcome to ChillNote! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChillNote mobile application provided by Sponteoai.

1. Use of the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

1.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Interfere with security features.

2. User Content

2.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all notes and audio recordings ("User Content") that you create. We do not claim ownership rights.

2.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to create unlawfully content.

3. Privacy

4. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will try to provide 30 days' notice for material changes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponteoai shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
